Refund policy
SnoozyScoop Refund Policy Effective Date: February 19, 2026
Overview
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy applies to all customers worldwide, with additional rights noted for specific regions where required by law.
Standard Returns
You may return most unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, contact us at support@snoozyscoop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: final-sale or clearance items (marked as such at purchase), digital products or downloadable content, personalized or custom-made items, and items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@snoozyscoop.com and we'll investigate promptly.
Regional Rights
United Kingdom & European Union: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, without needing to provide justification (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery. You have a further 14 days to return the item. We will issue a full refund, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for items that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. These rights apply regardless of our standard return window and cannot be excluded.
Canada: Return rights may vary by province. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.
United States: This policy sets out our voluntary return terms. Nothing herein limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.
In all regions, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. Where local law provides greater rights than those described here, those rights take precedence.
